We have grown from five employees to over 40 loan officers, in four branches and in three states. A big part of our success has been the quality and experience of our loan officers and the dedication of our support staff. Our primary focus is on the customer. We will not close a loan that does not benefit the borrower.

As a mortgage lender, we are fully licensed to originate, underwrite, close and fund mortgage loans. We are approved in all markets including; Conforming and Government (FHA and VA). American South Lending, Inc. requires a minimum of 2 years experience, currently licensed and in good standing with all state and federal agencies.
